TVEP connects and leverages community resources, programs, and people to improve the lives of children and youth in the Treasure Valley. Their early education partners are collectively working to ensure area children are ready to be successful in school.
Did you know that 45% of Treasure Valley kindergartners who were tested in the fall of 2016 were below benchmark on the fall Idaho Reading Indicator (IRI)? Prepared for school working group is dedicated to training teachers and helping young children develop the skills needed to be ready for school.
